En tant qu’Auditeur ICA et ingénieur en Maîtrise des Risques Industriels, j’accompagne les entreprises dans leur mise en conformité avec les exigences qualité internes, clients et normatives de leur secteur d’activité.
J'interviens sur des missions dans les domaines suivants :
- Prestation d’audit (interne, Fournisseur et tierce partie)
- Accompagnement à la certification l'ISO9001 & ISO19443
- Mise en place et simplification du SMQ
- Audit suivant l'ISO9001 / ISO19443 / NQA-1 / ASME sec III / 10CFR50 App B / 10CFR21
- Déploiement des outils de l'amélioration continue "mur qualité", la méthode 8D, le rapport A3
- Gestion des agréments fournisseurs (Processus, base de données, documentation, exigences...) ;
- Mise en place d'une solide culture Sureté Nucléaire
- Sensibilisation du personnel et accompagnement dans la prévention et la détection des articles contrefaits, frauduleux et suspects (CFSI).

- FramatomeSupplier Quality Development EngineerENERGIEJuni 2021 - Juni 2022 (1 Jahr)Hauts-de-France, FranceThe role of Supplier Quality Development Engineer (SQD) is to support suppliers in challenging situations : new entrants in the nuclear sector, qualification of new products and processes, technical or organizational difficulties to comply with the requirements of contracts, quality improvement plans, etc.- Promote the Nuclear Safety and Quality culture among suppliers ;- Deploy continuous improvement tools (following quality events) at suppliers: "Quality Wall", Root Cause Analysis, Corrective & Preventive actions, Reliability Practices, 8D-methode, A3 report ;- Improve the (long-term) performance of suppliers, through a quality action plan that takes into account the return on experience. The objective is to reduce the deviations on its panel and limit the impacts for the plant by using the appropriate levers and pillars.
- FramatomeNuclear Lead AuditorENERGIEOktober 2019 - September 2021 (1 Jahr und 11 Monate)Hauts-de-France, FranceWithin the Quality Department of the Framatome Jeumont plant, which supplies two types of key components for nuclear reactors : Reactor Coolant Pumps "RCP" and Control Rod Drive Mechanisms "CRDM", my main missions are :- Conduct 2 supplier audits per month in France and abroad according to nuclear standards (ASME sec III, NQA-1, 10CFR50 app B, 10CFR21, ISO9001, ISO19943) ;- Develop and manage supplier requirements ;- Conduct internal audits and contribute to customer audits ;- Follow the suppliers action plan following the audit and contribute to the continuous improvement of their quality system ;- Develop and manage audit documentation (Implementation of a dematerialized checklist and automatic edition of the audit report) ;- Functional management of external auditors (train and sensitize external auditors to our requirements, follow-up of deliverables...).
