Agustin Herrerapicazo

In my current role, I am responsible for new customer acquisition and the implementation and management of cybersecurity. This included conducting vulnerability scans and security audits, as well as establishing a Security Operations Center (SOC) utilizing Google technologies. I also developed and delivered training plans for staff on security best practices.

In this position, I am responsible for using the educational content provided by Spain's National Cybersecurity Institute to give talks on cybersecurity awareness to children, teenagers, and parents.

• Cybersecurity awareness and training → Participate in educational activities, talks, workshops, or campaigns to help citizens, businesses, and vulnerable groups learn about good digital practices and prevent risks.

• Support in dissemination and collaboration in projects → Contribute to spreading INCIBE's resources, guides, and services, as well as collaborating in cybersecurity initiatives to strengthen the culture of digital protection in society.

In this position, I assisted elderly individuals in developing office skills for everyday use.

• Teach basic digital skills → Help older people learn how to use a computer, email, browse the internet, and conduct online transactions safely.

• Promote autonomy and confidence → It provides practical and simple guidelines so that they can navigate the digital environment on their own, reducing fears and increasing their confidence.
