MS & NMD Program Manager
• Defining the MS & NMD digital biomarker strategies in conjunction with R&D and Medical.
• Managed portfolio of 19 clinical studies, 10 analysis workstreams and 2 digital health technologies. Interfacing with medical, R&D, tech, clinical ops, CRO, regulatory & quality, data science, biostats and more.
• Creating project charters and operating models for each program team that clarify objectives (OKRs), ways of working, roles and responsibilities.
• Driving the programs by coordinating across workstreams and inter-dependent projects, tracking program level risks and issues and escalating where appropriate.
• Managing and reporting on scope of work, timelines and resources both at local level and senior management.

Digital Biomarker (DB) Portfolio Manager
• Directed DB programs to develop innovative digital disease measures that aimed as endpoints in clinical studies to accelerate R&D and improve patient outcomes.
• Bridging R&D, clinical and data engineering teams to develop advanced analytics platforms and pipelines.
• Co-creating and implementing new organisational processes, digital tools and change management practices to ensure teams are set up for success.
• Running steering committees to track and prioritise DB projects on a cost-benefit approach.

• Received over 90 DB candidates across 4 Therapeutic Areas (TA) within the first year of launch.
• Developed 2 program operating models that are being used as best practice across the science team.
