Key Projects and Initiatives
- Oversee the development of AI-powered applications for animal behavior analysis and health monitoring
- Direct research in bioacoustics and semiochemicals for various animal species,
aimed at improving welfare and health outcomes
- Direct research in biotherapeutics (small molecules, biotechnologies including gene editing, biomarkers) aimed at improving welfare and quality of life in companion animals
- Lead sustainability initiatives, including the development of eco-friendly product formulations and green technologies
- Guide projects exploring microbiota-based solutions for animal health
- Initiate and manage collaborations with external partners and startups to accelerate innovation
- Contribute to the Ceva Wildlife Research Fund projects and initiatives revolving around human-animal interaction.
Strategic Contributions
-Organize and lead global innovation challenges, fostering a culture of creativity and problem-solving within the organization (eg. Ceva Call For Projects 2024)
-Contribute to the company's strategic direction in emerging fields such as CNS
disorders and age-related health issues in animals, including biotherapies
-Develop educational content on AI and innovative technologies for internal training programs
-Develop RWE capabilities for pets
