Social Entrepreneur, founder of Elliot For Water, a browser new tab extension that combines productivity tools with social impact, allocating 20% of its revenue to support global water projects. Our platform is a simple browser extension that transforms your new tab page into a productivity dashboard, but our vision is to help companies of all sizes measure the ESG and social impact of their teams through their everyday work. Elliot for Water was formerly a search engine like Google donating financing clean water projects. As of today, we donated more than 5 million litres of water in Guinea-Bissau.

Je suis le Community Manager du groupe IECH, qui regroupe 11 hôtels et 5 restaurants situés en France et au Luxembourg. J’ai la responsabilité de développer et de gérer la présence en ligne d’établissements variés, allant de grandes chaînes internationales aux hôtels particuliers.

Mon rôle consiste à :

- Élaborer les plans éditoriaux annuels pour garantir une communication cohérente et stratégique tout au long de l’année.

- Créer et coordonner des stratégies de communication digitales adaptées à chaque établissement.

- Gérer les réseaux sociaux pour accroître la visibilité et l’engagement de la marque auprès de différentes audiences.

- Superviser la création de contenu (textes, visuels, vidéos) et les campagnes publicitaires en ligne.

- Analyser les performances pour optimiser les actions marketing et maximiser le retour sur investissement.

Grâce à mon expertise, j’ai su renforcer l’image du groupe et générer des résultats concrets en termes de notoriété et de fidélisation. Mon approche combine créativité, stratégie et un souci constant de l’excellence pour valoriser chaque établissement du groupe.

Community Manager for a group that includes 11 hotels and 5 restaurants located in France and Luxembourg. I am responsible for developing and managing the online presence of a variety of establishments, from large international chains like Novotel to prestigious properties in Tours.

My role includes: developing annual editorial plans; creating and coordinating digital communication strategies; managing social media accounts to increase brand visibility and engagement with different audiences; overseeing content creation and online advertising campaigns; analyzing performance to optimize marketing actions.

Through my expertise, I have strengthened the group's image and generated concrete results in terms of brand awareness and customer loyalty.

J’ai identifié plus de 700 entreprises technologiques pour le Global Tech for Good Competition, en partenariat avec Hays et soutenu par NatWest, Aon, Vitality, OVHcloud et Siemens. Mes actions ont contribué à améliorer les performances de l’entreprise par rapport à l’année précédente. J’ai également travaillé à l’amélioration du site web et de la plateforme du concours et identifié 500 entreprises supplémentaires pour des projets futurs. J’ai fourni un support technique en direct lors des événements et modéré des panels en direct, assurant ainsi le bon déroulement des discussions. De plus, j’ai soutenu les efforts sur les réseaux sociaux, contribuant à la promotion du concours et à l'engagement de la communauté en ligne.

I scouted over 700 tech companies for the Global Tech for Good Competition in partnership with Hays and supported by NatWest, Aon, Vitality, OVHcloud, and Siemens. My efforts contributed to improving the company's performance compared to the previous year. I worked to enhance the competition's website and platform, and scouted an additional 500 companies for future projects. I also provided live tech support during events and moderated live panels, ensuring smooth operations and engaging discussions. Additionally, I supported social media efforts, helping to promote the competition and engage with the online community.
