Hi I'm Anna. I'm specialised in store construction, retail expansion and process optimization. I deliver end-to-end store openings, refits and strategic closures across Europe, from concept and planning to turnkey handover.

I have led international rollouts in six countries, managed complex construction projects, and developed scalable store opening and expansion processes that enabled brands to grow faster and more efficiently.
