Responsible for scaling both the quality and speed of our language design, creation and localization –with a comprehensive focus on all facets of Design and User Experience including insights, product thinking, strategy, and execution. I'm implementing operational systems, connecting teams and knowledge, and problem-solving challenges to enable everyone on the design side (and beyond) to do their most impactful content work.

- Writing brilliantly with deep focus on the words in various software interfaces, also helping with CLIs, APIs, and other human/machine interactions, blogs and presentations, and resources to help scale expertise.
