- Drive a global transformation project to build and implement the change of supplier platform for worldwide Procure to Pay collaboration

-- Lead strategies, planning and execution of the design, configuration and deployment phases for internal and external Buy & Sell procurement models

- Design and roll-out innovative training materials to influence, train and on board more than 800 direct suppliers and 30 impacted Business Units & Supply Points worldwide

- Monitor the progress and issue resolution by breaking silos & in collaboration with external suppliers, central and local IS teams, project stakeholders & experts

- Ensure the performance and operational excellence of Danone central Purchasing and worldwide internal customers (Business Units & factories):

-- Define and monitor KPIs related to Procure to Pay and Time to Market processes

-- Propose performance recommendations and monitor process improvement action plans

-- Support transition process and knowledge transfer for new deployment projects

- Lead transformation, simplification, collaboration and implementation of Supply Chain optimization initiatives to ensure operational performance and continuous improvement:

-- Simplified pricing and contracts management processes

-- New internal and external governance structures

- Develop and ensure internal and external coordination with all relevant departments to increase efficiency and handle escalations (Quality, Finance, buyers, international operations hubs, etc.)

- Build a new Digital Learning platform for Business Units, factories, buyers & suppliers:

-- Collaborate with external provider and IS/IT team to develop a new LMS

-- Engage all Business Process Owners to provide their content
