Stack from scratch: a custom Kubernetes operator in Go Kubebuilder) that acts as the internal developer platform for the whole engineering team — provisioning 30+ services (Kafka, ClickHouse, PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch, Temporal, ArgoCD) from a single CRD, with a dependency-graph engine for parallel deployments and an event-sourced state machine for deterministic audit trails.

    On top of that: a full CI/CD pipeline runner on Argo Workflows, an acceptance testing framework with automatic rollbacks, and all AWS infrastructure as code in TypeScript/CDK across dev, staging, and production accounts.

    Results: code coverage from 18% to 70% through TDD, AWS costs cut by 60% via Karpenter and KubeCost.
