Data Analyst & Bioinformaticien freelance, je transforme des données complexes en insights exploitables. Grâce à ma double expertise en sciences de la vie et en data science, j’accompagne les entreprises du secteur santé, recherche ou innovation dans l’analyse, le traitement et la valorisation de leurs données.

Spécialisé dans l’analyse de données transcriptomiques (bulk, single-cell, spatial), j’ai travaillé au sein d’équipes CNRS/INSERM sur des projets de médecine translationnelle, maladies neurodégénératives et oncologie. J’ai également une solide expérience en écologie quantitative et machine learning appliqué.

Aujourd’hui, j’aide les entreprises à :

• Nettoyer, transformer et structurer leurs données (R, Python, SQL, Nextflow)

• Construire des pipelines reproductibles pour le traitement de données omics ou métiers

• Réaliser des analyses statistiques et exploratoires (EDA, modélisation, clustering…)

• Développer des dashboards interactifs et outils de visualisation (Shiny, Streamlit)

• Produire des livrables scientifiques, business ou techniques
