mit über 10 Jahren Erfahrung im operativen und strategischen Einkauf unterstütze ich Unternehmen dabei, Beschaffungsprozesse effizient, transparent und wirtschaftlich auszurichten. In den vergangenen Jahren habe ich mehrere Interim-Mandate erfolgreich begleitet und dabei maßgebliche Kostensenkungen sowie deutliche Effizienzsteigerungen in den Einkaufs- und Prozessstrukturen meiner Kunden erzielt.
