Binnen het Kate-team van KBC gaf ik stem, toon en structuur aan gesprekken van Kate in Figma. Ik werkte ook aan de evolutie van Kate naar een LLM-gebaseerde assistent op basis van knowledge bases en prompting, en was betrokken bij de conceptuele ontwikkeling van de Kate Wallet.

I have had the privilege of working as a voiceover artist, presenter, and scriptwriter for a diverse array of companies, including Lapperre, Heks'nKaas, Disney, Mijn Burgerprofiel, Itsme, Kellogg's, Croky, Action, Tena, Eurogarant, Sack Zelfbouw, KBC, Plopsaland De Panne, and many more. I have often combined scriptwriting and presenting to enhance project outcomes.

I played a pivotal role in advancing the Proximus Digital Assistant, which included both chatbot and voicebot technologies. My responsibilities encompassed design, scriptwriting, copywriting, and NLP engineering, with a focus on enhancing user interactions through prompt engineering and sophisticated large language models. I undertook key responsibilities typically associated with a Product Owner and Scrum Master, managing product development cycles of the voicebot and leading the NLP team using agile Scrum methodologies to align our projects with strategic business goals and optimize user engagement.
