• Performing comparative analysis of proposed solutions and optimizing technical choices (belt filters, FAD, FAP, cyclones, settlers, etc.).

• Develop and compare multiple layout options to optimize space and reduce system complexity.

• Developing the design basis, calculations, material balances, equipment sizing and process flow diagrams

• Production of technical deliverables for assigned projects, and supporting other projects: Piping Stress calculations, material balances, pump and tank sizing, pressure vessels.

• Participation in functional design: defining links between SAP objects (materials, equipment, task lists, work orders, etc.).

• Client interface to clarify needs and ensure functional alignment.

• Assist the clients in SAP PM/MM data entry and verified data compliance.

• Contribution to the cleaning and structuring of maintenance and logistics data (PM/MM) for greater reliability.

• Deliverable follow-up and functional support to the project team.

• Lead Mechanical Engineer on EPC/EPCM projects.

• Interface management with other disciplines (process, electrical, civil, instrumentation) throughout the project lifecycle, from feasibility to execution.

• Develop, check & Review mechanical engineering deliverables, for static, rotating and handling Equipment.

• Progress monitoring, changing management, and planning.

• Elaborate effort man-hour estimates, and staffing plan preparation.

• Collaborate on ITB Preparation, Develop and update requisitions, Harmonization, and technical bid evaluation.
