In June i started to implement agile workflows for the product and engineering division. At the same time, we want to transition the product organization from the ‘IT-model’ to the ‘Product-model’, meaning that we implement a workflow and mindset to validate our assumptions with end users. In this transition, i’m both supporting and advising the leadership team as well as making concrete steps to implement this new approach in our day-to-day operations.

Uselab is a digital product agency. During the period of 1 year, I'm supporting development teams with creating digital products for clients like Ymere, VeiligheidNL, Waternet, Fudura and Oliebron. Within the agency we combine fixed scope projects with long term collaboration and Scrum teams for our clients.

Unframed is a creative agency with an extended portfolio of clients in the BeNeLux. To support brands like Bravilor and ABS Autoherstel i joined their client team as a product owner for their biggest projects. As PO, my role is to service all clients and improving the creation process from start to finish.
