With a strong background in system engineering, IT infrastructure, and service management, I bring hands-on experience across IT operations, project delivery, and service ownership. My work focuses on improving IT services, processes, and tools by combining technical expertise with a structured, business-oriented approach.
I started my career in an outsourcing environment, working across a wide range of client infrastructures where I was responsible for system engineering, endpoint management, and on-site support, while also leading and contributing to infrastructure projects. Building on this, I moved into an internal global IT role, taking ownership of services and platforms, managing international infrastructure projects, supporting audits and compliance activities, and working closely with stakeholders to analyze requirements and continuously improve processes. In this context, I also act as technical and business service owner for key tools and drive automation and optimization initiatives to enhance efficiency and service quality.
Outside of work, I value discipline, continuous improvement, and balance – principles that also shape the way I approach my work.
