Caroline Liss moved from Cyprus to the Netherlands for her bachelor’s in International Media & Entertainment Management, then to Austria for her Masters in MultiMediaArts. In 2014 she received her master’s degree at the University of Applied Sciences, Salzburg with a topic she is very passionate about. The master thesis with the title: “Non-medical long term ADHD treatment approach using BCI measurements in a school environment“ analyzed the disorder as well as determined to investigate the combination of neuropsychology, art and technology. Proceeding to work as research assistant at the Salzburg Urstein Institut, she was responsible to convert existing curricula into E-Learning format.
Being promoted as Academic Manager and E-Learning Strategist she was responsible for the coordination and communication with students, lecturers as well as for the technical support of the self-developed distance-learning platform for the institute where she was able to prove her creative and management competencies throughout the whole project. Alongside she has started a Bachelor of Science in Psychology to study more about the mind and behavior in order to combine her skills in media, technology and psychology – to then implement these in learning technologies.
