Chris started his first company when he was 17. Since then, he had the opportunity to build various companies (including an innovation consultancy, an innovation hub, and a CVC) and helped to build or launch several (corporate) startups.
He is an executive with more than 10 years of experience working in a range of leadership positions including Business Development and M&A/ Venture Capital for technology business (consultancy, VC, startup to MDAX) with annual sales ranging between 7,5m EUR and 450m EUR. He also invests as a business angel, sits on various boards, and supports Etribes and Spacewalk VC as a venture partner. Selected achievements include:
• Five companies founded, of which four companies generate sales between EUR 5-15m
• Two of the five companies successfully sold (one of them to the MDAX company Hypoport)
• End to end responsible for +10 deals (direct and indirect investments) with a volume of more than 25m EUR
• Designed, developed, launched, and managed three new companies/ units at MDAX listed Company
• Lead and build several high-performance teams
