I am a 20-year veteran of the U.S. Intelligence Community and an independent consultant specializing in illicit finance, blockchain risk, OSINT-driven investigations, and geopolitical threat analysis.

I help law firms, fintechs, crypto platforms, and corporates identify and mitigate complex risks—ranging from terrorist financing, narcotics trafficking, and sanctions evasion to blockchain wallet attribution and darknet-enabled fraud networks.

My recent work includes developing automated systems to attribute and enrich large datasets of Web3 wallets at scale, using Python, API integrations, behavioral heuristics, and Spiderfoot-based OSINT to cluster and profile tens of thousands of wallets per batch.

With a background leading interagency investigations for DoD, Treasury, and Homeland Security, I combine strategic intelligence expertise with hands-on technical skills to deliver actionable insights and investigative products tailored for legal, compliance, and risk teams.
