I’m an Interim Product Lead for Strategy & Discovery across B2B SaaS, Secure / mission-critical communication, SATCOM, IoT platforms, and Media. 1) Discovery Sprint (10 working days / 2 weeks)
Goal: validate the problem, define ICP, and land a decision-ready MVP scope.
Deliverables: Problem statement + ICP • JTBD/opportunity map + hypotheses • Interview insights (clustered, anonymized) • Solution outline + MVP scope (incl. out-of-scope) • Metrics + experiment plan • Exec decision deck (10–12 slides).
Flow: Day 1 kickoff • Days 2–6 discovery & synthesis • Days 7–8 scope/trade-offs/risks • Day 9 alignment • Day 10 exec readout + next steps.
Client input: access to 6–12 stakeholders/users, existing docs, and 1–2h/day core counterpart.
2) Product Strategy Blueprint (4–6 weeks)
Goal: an investable product path — positioning, strategic bets, roadmap + OKRs — aligned across Tech, Sales, Security/Compliance, Ops.
Deliverables: market/competitor scan • ICP/segmentation/value prop • “where to play/how to win” + guardrails • prioritization (RICE/WSJF) + 6-month roadmap • North Star/OKRs + KPI tree • risks/dependencies + delivery-readiness plan • exec readout + alignment pack.
Add-ons: pricing/packaging + pilot design • sales enablement outline • security/compliance discovery track.
Engagement model: deliverable-based. You decide; I provide structured options, trade-offs, and recommendations. Execution is out of scope unless agreed as a follow-on.
