Danielle Isler

I contributed as an expert and panelist at the 37th public session of the Working Group of Experts on People of African Descent at the UN in Geneva. I participated in two sessions exploring precarity, migration, and media’s role in shaping public perception. My work focused on analyzing racialized narratives and examining how representation influenced social and political discourse. Through research, public speaking, and collaborative discussions, I provided nuanced insights into the intersections of media, migration, and inequality.

I contributed as an expert and panelist at the 30th session of the UN Working Group of Experts on People of African Descent in Geneva. I participated in discussions focused on the development of multiple literacies to support children of African descent, exploring strategies for education, empowerment, and resilience. Through research, public speaking, and collaborative dialogue, I provided insights into educational frameworks, social inclusion, and the broader impact of systemic inequalities on marginalized communities.

I work as a freelance consultant specializing in evaluation, monitoring, and diversity management. I support organizations in designing, implementing, and analyzing evaluation projects while providing strategic guidance on diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
