Manager, Coach and Scrum master with over 10 years of experience in an international environment. Bringing
together know-how, people, focus and experience to provide efficient solutions in budget, in quality and in time.
Hands on experience from roles as Scrummaster and agile Coach as well as in AI Development, Program
Management, People Management and Consulting.
I have gathered experience in different roles, starting with development of production processes and IP
management, growing into leading teams delivering AI prototypes and products. On the way, I had the
opportunity to gain a lot of experience as a trainer, coach and scrum master. I have been part of established
companies going through digital change including setting up large scale scrum working models like LeSS and
Safe as well as in fast-paced startup environments. I enjoy consulting organizations to formulate and execute
on their digital strategy and agile setup.
