Using a back-end API to process data and send results via email, the front-end was built with HTML, and the tool was hosted on Google Cloud Run with BigQuery for querying large datasets. This solution enhanced customer targeting and personalization efforts. Designed and implemented custom APIs, enabling non-technical users to easily access complex datasets through an intuitive front-end interface. This simplified data retrieval processes and improved efficiency across departments by allowing quicker access to vital information. Developed advanced interactive dashboards in Tableau to present analysis results visually and effectively. For example, a dashboard integrating employee scheduling, foot traffic, and conversion rates enabled data-driven decision-making to optimize staffing, boosting daily conversion rates.
