I worked as a sales consultant for companies specializing in insurance sales in Switzerland, primarily focused on acquiring clients, analyzing their needs, and explaining different insurance solutions. My role involved guiding clients, especially Spanish speakers, on health insurance, supplemental coverage, insurance models, deductibles, and options available within the Swiss system.

During this experience, I developed skills in sales, customer service, business communication, client follow-up, negotiation, and explaining complex products clearly and simply.

I participated in the organization and coordination of Punto Hispano, a Hispanic agency in Switzerland focused on providing support and guidance to the Spanish-speaking community. The project offered various services related to administrative procedures, insurance, integration, housing, employment, and general advice for people who needed help adapting to or managing processes in Switzerland.

My work included organizing services, customer service, identifying needs, coordinating with partners, and assisting in recruiting interested individuals. This experience allowed me to develop skills in management, intercultural communication, problem-solving, process organization, and customer service.
