Conduct relevant policy and project work for the National Mental Health Consumer and Carer Forum (NMHCCF). Manage two national disability programmes, including their contracts and budgets for the NMHCCF. Manage three working groups and their respective Activity Work Plans. Develop policy submissions, position statements, advocacy briefs, and discussion papers. Guide working and project steering group meetings, providing Secretariat work and facilitating consultations. Stakeholder engagement, writing project and grant proposals, and strategy management. Event management in both sponsoring and hosting significant national conferences. Promote and support the voice of Lived Experience through capacity-building of NMHCCF representatives.

Participate in sociological research on environmental militants and their engagement in civil disobedience. Read and summarise journal articles on civil disobedience and non-violent practices and strategies. Recruit and manage relationships with research participants. Undertook and transcribed interviews with 12 participants from differing environmental movements and organisations. Conducted a thematic analysis and diagnostic analysis ofthe interviews.

Advocating for prisoner rights across Australia and New Zealand. Assisted in the management ofthe team and delegated operational activities as the Assistant Coordinator. Writing ofsubmissions, reports, and position statements to government. Wrote a submission and media release on the NSW Legislative Council's Standing Committee on Law and Justice's Parliamentary Inquiry into the Security Classification and Management of Prisoners Sentenced to Life Imprisonment.
