    As Chief Product Officer at Musa Ventures, I was accountable for defining and delivering Musa’s end-to-end product vision, transforming a complex ecosystem into a seamless, scalable digital platform that empowers founders to secure funding and equips investors with data-driven insights to source and scale high-potential ventures.

    At the heart of Musa’s innovation is its Intelligent Venture Assessment Platform, powered by a proprietary Venture Health Assessment Tool. This tool benchmarks startups against 12 pillars, from market viability and operational capacity to intellectual property and financial resilience, equipping founders with a clear roadmap for investment readiness and enabling investors to identify and scale high-potential ventures with greater confidence and speed.

    My responsibilities included:

    - Strategic Product Leadership: Defined Musa’s product strategy, value proposition, and market positioning, aligning business objectives with user needs and market trends.

    - Cross-Functional Leadership: Directed and coordinated external design and development teams across multiple geographies, ensuring consistent execution and rapid iteration.Data-Driven Innovation: Led the design and implementation of advanced data visualisations and AI-driven analytics, turning opaque venture metrics into transparent, actionable insights for investors.

    - Customer-Centric Design: Architected the end-to-end customer journey and supporting systems to create an intuitive experience that drives engagement and trust.

    - Growth Enablement: Developed lead-generation tools and go-to-market assets to scale platform adoption among founders and investors.

    Decentralised Finance

    In mid-2021 the TITAN token (originally part of Iron Finance) collapsed from about $64 to effectively $0 in a single day. Iron Finance described this event as “the world’s first large-scale crypto bank run”. Shark Tank investor Mark Cuban, who had briefly endorsed TITAN, tweeted that he “got hit like everyone else”. In response, TitanDAO launched a community movement determined to rescue and reinvent TITAN as a deflationary, community-owned asset, restoring trust through new governance, utility and deflation mechanisms.


    TITAN Galactic Gods
    TITAN launched Galactic Gods, its own Metaverse concept referred to as Titanverse which drove a 5,500% increase in TITAN’s token value (equivalent to a 55x rise).

    As Co-Founder and Experience Design Lead, I directed the strategic repositioning of TITAN as a community-driven asset. I led efforts to rebuild trust and confidence through transparent communication and compelling storytelling that reframed TITAN’s narrative and value proposition.

    I expanded TITAN’s real-world and virtual utility by designing new use cases for the token, including integrations into Web3 and Metaverse experiences. I reimagined Titan’s brand identity and visual language to resonate with emerging crypto audiences, overseeing creative direction across digital channels, community platforms, and immersive 3D environments.

    I designed and implemented innovative community engagement strategies, growing TitanDAO’s online communities more than tenfold and fostering meaningful participation and ownership through virtual events, NFT drops, and governance initiatives.

    By leveraging emerging technologies in Web3 and the Metaverse, I delivered measurable business outcomes, including significant increases in community size, a successful NFT fundraising campaign, and a substantial rebound in TITAN’s token value, reflecting renewed investor confidence and ecosystem resilience.

    At Salesforce Dreamforce, the world’s largest tech conference, Salesforce sought to evolve its traditional trade show presence into a digital-first engagement platform, uniting digital and physical touchpoints into a cohesive customer journey.

    In collaboration with Spinifex, GPJ, and Salesforce, I:

    - Led the end-to-end design of a unified customer journey spanning pre-event, on-site, and post-event experiences, ensuring seamless and continuous engagement across channels.

    - Directed cross-functional teams in designing and building immersive activation zones showcasing products like Einstein and Lightning, allowing thousands of attendees to engage hands-on with Salesforce innovations.

    - Oversaw digital fabrication and physical installation on-site in San Francisco, ensuring quality and consistency across physical and digital touchpoints.

    This approach resulted in a cohesive, high-impact attendee experience that deepened customer relationships and reinforced Salesforce’s position as the leader in enterprise CRM.
