• ● Chief of Staff to Ben Legg (UK), the former COO of Google Europe, at his consultancy Digital People International. Supporting his portfolio companies with strategy, organisation, fundraising, project management, and more. Responsibilities also include identifying and screening potential investment targets and developing presentations for speaker engagements.

• ● Co-founded the Chief of Staff Collective (UK); creating the website, running the CoSC Podcasts and webinars, and acting as the relations manager and mentor to the members.

• ● Interim Chief of Staff at The Portfolio Collective (UK). Supporting with funding and pitch drafting, business strategy development and building financial projections and dashboards.

• ● Providing strategic guidance and developing pitch deck to Thriving Talent (CH) ahead of a potential sale.

• ● Supporting the CEO of Dynamic Code (SE) with strategic insights, business development support, fundraising pitch deck preparation and investor outreach.

• ● Giving fundraising pitch deck advice and facilitating investor introductions for Nidino (CH).

Seconded to the CYBG Strategy team following the CYBG takeover of VM. Key achievements:

• ● Supported in the coordination of the Group Strategic plan to allow successful messaging during the Capital Market Day in June 2019 resulting in positive share price development;

• ● Developed a strawman for a Group wide digital transformation program together with the COO and his Leadership team to build better customer service and improve efficiency, and;

• ● Re-evaluated the combined new business' property strategy to drive further savings.

Chief of Staff to the CFO working closely with the CFO Leadership Team (LT) driving delivery of CFO sponsored projects and providing direct support to the CFO. Key achievements:

• ● Led a cross-functional project team of >15 people to successfully and timely deliver the company's annual reporting and other financial reporting projects;

• ● Developed a continuously improved process for the annual report with unanimous positive feedback from senior stakeholders and Board;

• ● Built the CFO Operating Plan, tracked high priority projects and communicated status or issues to the CFO and his LT;

• ● Coordinated Board meeting preparation and wrote a monthly CFO report for Board to allow the CFO to scale time;

• ● Pulled together a monthly CFO dashboard to track operational and financial performance key metrics, and;

• ● Led the colleague engagement plan with HR and planned and executed bi-annual CFO townhalls resulting in an increased CFO engagement survey score and reduction in attrition.
