• Responsibility for the operational management of three heterogeneous restaurant businesses (system to boutique) with ~900 seats

• Ensuring the continuous development of all processes and structures through the development of new concepts and strategies

• Management and coordination of more than 50 employees as well as stabilization of internal fluctuation

• Responsibility for annual revenue of around CHF 4.5 million

• Development and introduction of various F&B concepts

• Conception and implementation of an entertainment concept with the involvement of local cooperation partners and sponsor acquisition

• Planning and management of the entire Food & Beverage department, including control of the day-to-day operations in 5 different outlets

• Continuous cost control and optimization

• Direct interaction with adjacent departments such as kitchen, HR and marketing to ensure smooth processes

• Planning and coordination of events, including management of external partners
