Implemented bucket-oriented processes and aggregated-level planning logic for long-term planning, providing visibility into maintenance processes not fully supported in S/4HANA. Applied advanced statistical methods for accurate demand generation.

Reinforce the team to complete the design and realization including the fine tuning the IBP configuration (articulated key-figure calculations to support custom frozen horizon logic, allocation time fence, disaggregation calculation, etc). Run ad hoc showcases for backlog solution, production orders integration and multi-ERP/S4HANA integration. Support the automation for Master Data validation and Data Integration Testing for Demand Planning and SI&OP.

Execution of the explore phase to confirm best-fitting of core reference solution. Local requirements mitigation and formalization of identified gaps for IBP Inventory Optimization and IBP S&OP including integration with Anaplan and S4HANA modules (PP-SD-MM-TM).
