Over the past years, I’ve been driving Finance transformation programs in multinational environments, supporting ERP (SAP, Totvs) implementations and Shared Services models where complexity, scale, and stakeholder alignment are critical for success.

I’ve worked across 8+ countries and 1,200+ users, partnering with business and functional leaders to translate transformation into real adoption, not just deployment.

My approach combines structured Change Management (Prosci, PMP) with hands-on execution, covering everything from impact assessments and stakeholder alignment to communications, training, and post-go-live stabilization.

What differentiates me is my ability to bridge business and IT, especially in complex and industrial environments, and to structure governance that supports decision-making at senior levels.

I’ve contributed to transformations that delivered:
