The project at the Swiss Department of Defence involved the introduction of a newIdentity, Credential, and Access Management System with the intent of managing military and civil Identities, credentals, and access permissions.It was a classitied project and, as such, required a security clearance of level 11, which I possess. As the Project Manager of a sub-project, I was responsible for the entire Solutions Architecture, Testing, and Quality Management.I have successfully completed the technical specifications of three significant parts of the system. Moreover, I was responsible for the process design (BPM) of all business processes. At the end of 2018, we were able to successfully launch the system, which is responsible for the IAM of 140000 members of the Swiss Army.Assignment at a Swiss private bank (Project Budget: 80k CHF)
