I am an experienced international People Business Partner and trainer who helps companies find the best and smoothest people solutions.

My mission is to give companies the keys to a winning HR and payroll strategy for the French and Spanish markets.

My methodology is basically the audit, the evaluation, and the action plan.

I manage all my projects with : hospitality - professionalism - integrity - responsibility.

I have worked in global HR & payroll for more than 15 years, managing a portfolio of countries in EMEA and LATAM and conversed with stakeholders and clients in English, French and Spanish. During those years, I have developed my expertise in all aspects of Labour Law, Employee Relations, Payroll, and Learning & Development internationally.

I am French and I also speak English and Spanish fluently.
