Most recently, as an external consultant on the Data & AI Cloud of a DAX corporation, I was one of three architects on the platform across AWS and GCP.

There I:

- Architected and built the central enterprise LLM Gateway (Google Apigee) - all major hyperscaler models behind unified authentication, deployed globally high-available. It handled 100k+ requests/day and $300k+ in tracked consumption within its first month.

- Built the multi-cloud automation that provisioned 4,000+ AWS accounts and GCP projects (landing-zone bootstrap, CDK pre-deployments) via Step Functions, CodeBuild, CDK and Terraform.

- Engineered a real-time token-metering pipeline into BigQuery, enabling consumption-based billing across the entire organization.

Through my company, W2 Automation, I now help businesses design and deploy production-grade AI applications on AWS and GCP that automate day-to-day operations - saving

time, cutting cost, and opening new revenue streams.

My focus is the hard part of enterprise AI: not the demo, but the production platform - authentication, governance, security, high availability, and the cost control (FinOps) that keeps AI affordable at scale.
