Having lived in 6 countries in Europe, I gained a particularly good understanding of the cultural differences but also the great similarities. Later leading a radical restructuring of a consulting business across Europe and globally gave me a first hand understanding of what can realistically be done to transform geographical footprint of a company and change its efficiency. Being now a partner in the 1st pan-european recruitment firm gives me a unique angle in the talent challenge for companies scaling in Europe. I am willing to share these combined experiences.
