Supported the go-live of new markets, providing dedicated hypercare and operational stabilization support. Managed spot quotations for urgent shipments across EMEA (~200 spot quotes per month), including quotation management, negotiation and allocation within the existing tender network. Developed cost optimization strategies through tender allocation, data analysis and process standardization for urgent and irregulartransports. Led carrier procurement governance activities, including RFQs and tenders for overland transport. Coordinated customs documentation and clearance processes, working closely with customs authorities and internal documentation teams to ensure ontime delivery.
