• Manage SLA, Incident, Change, Release and Problem

• Out of Business Hours : Crisis Manager

• Production supervising (monitoring, support Level 1 & 2,…)

• Manage IT Architecture for CIB, WM, BP2S & Personnal Finance

• Manage, plan and coordinate DRP

• Manage relation between BNP Paribas and providers

• Member of CSO (Operational Monitoring Committee) + COPIL (Steering Committee)
