Clients have included Philips (HealthTech), adidas, and Danone. The work covers digital transformation, product delivery, and operational change. In practice: I build governance structures, create clear working rhythms, manage risk and dependencies, and keep senior stakeholders informed throughout.
I work best in situations where structure is missing or needs to be rebuilt. Distributed teams, multiple workstreams, fast-moving environments or ambiguous situations, that is where I add the most value.
PMP certified. Agile, hybrid, and waterfall delivery. Sector experience: HealthTech, FMCG, technology, sustainability.
Based in Chamonix. Available on-site in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region including Annecy, Geneva, Grenoble and remote across Europe. EU and US nationality.
