Organizations bring me in when something new needs to be made real—whether it’s launching a product, setting up a new department, or kicking off a fresh business activity.

Examples of past assignments include:
  • A medium sized organization growing too big to follow up all their work manually. I worked with senior and middle management to understand the way they worked and their pain points, then found and implemented the IT tools that were most aligned with their needs with the people who were going to use them.
  • An innovating medium sized family business who wanted to start a new business activity by launching a B2B marketplace. I worked with senior and middle management to determine market readiness and potential suppliers for the market place and wrote the business plan and launch strategy with the leadership team.
  • A large corporate organization needing to transform to stay relevant. I worked with the marketing & sales director and his management team to move the transformation from strategy to a roadmap and concrete action plans, implementing the transformation activities while ensuring business continuity.
