Bonjour, je m'appelle Ismaël Perez, développeur web full-stack, avec une précédente expérience de près de 7 ans comme gestionnaire de projet web en agence et chez l'annonceur.
Depuis ma reconversion en 2019, j'ai affiné mes compétences en travaillant à Montréal en agence web, où j'ai développé des intranets, des sites vitrines sur WordPress et je me suis formé sur React via la plateforme d’IA Alya.
Compétences Techniques
- Front-End : Expertise en JavaScript et React, avec une familiarité sur Next.js et TypeScript.
- Back-End : Développement robuste en PHP, en particulier avec Laravel et MySQL.
- Design et UX : Création de maquettes fonctionnelles avec Figma.
- Gestion de Version : Utilisation courante de Git.
- Gestion de projet : Trello, Jira, Notion.
- En Cours : Renforcement de mes compétences en Node.js et utilisation de Docker pour des déploiements efficaces.
Approche
Je suis dédié à fournir un accompagnement complet, du kick-off initial jusqu'au déploiement du site et/ou des nouvelles fonctionnalités.
Ma méthodologie inclut la prise de besoins, le maquettage, le prototypage, et l'organisation de workshops, le tout en m'appuyant sur les méthodes Agile et Scrum.
Communication et Collaboration
Familiarisé avec le travail en petite équipe (5 développeurs), en présentiel et distanciel, je m'adapte aux besoins de collaboration de chaque projet.
Motivations et Objectifs
Mon objectif est d'accompagner durablement les petites/moyennes structures dans leur développement digital et leur transition numérique.
