I help businesses build the operating infrastructure that growth actually needs: financial controls, revenue & growth architecture, customer operations, and the automation systems that make all of it run without adding headcount.

For nine years I ran operations at Tokopedia and ByteDance: two of Southeast Asia's largest digital platforms managing an annual budget equivalent to over USD 2M in BPO and operational costs, delivering USD 14M in cumulative hard savings, and leading the customer experience workstream through one of the most complex platform integrations in Indonesian e-commerce history.

Today I work as Strategy, Financial Control, and Growth Partner at Good Enough Parents, a multi-revenue consumer platform. I own the P&L across five revenue streams, built the unit economics model from scratch, and run the full automation stack: Make.com for customer onboarding and aftersales flows, HubSpot for CRM governance, and AI tools for market analysis and content intelligence.
