Most organizations deploy AI, then figure out governance. I do both at once - anchoring governance frameworks in what production metrics actually reveal.

I deploy and oversee LLM-based systems in high-constraint environments (public sector, regulated organizations), with hands-on work on API integration, monitoring (Grafana/Prometheus, TTFT, latency, error signals), and model evaluation.

I also lead AI usage doctrine at national scale - coordinating legal, security, compliance, and engineering contributors to produce frameworks that hold in production, not just on paper.

I've contributed to European-level AI governance through roles with the European Commission and the Council of Europe.
