I am experienced using various data science tools in R (tidyr, dplyr, lme4, e1071, ggplot2) and Python (pandas, numpy, scikit-learn, scipy, statsmodels, matplotlib, seaborn, plotnine, PySpark) in a HPC cluster and cloud computing environment applying workflow tools like Snakemake.
