I manage and coordinate 10+ engineering packages (30+ engineers) on Venus FPSO energy project in Namibia, with Hanwha Ocean (S. Korea shipyard). I drive external interfaces with stakeholders, deviations from Key Technical Requirements (KTRs), and technical clarifications. I lead weekly progress/reporting meetings, to keep the project on track. I issue FEED documents, e.g. technical requisitions being part of LLI procurement strategy, Production Availability Study, & interfaces matrix.

I managed the design of an innovative Subsea Production System (SPS), pioneering the Electrically Heat Traced Flowline (EHTF), with a world-first AC motor and subsea Variable Speed Drive (VSD) for boosting, powered by the SEPDU. Additionally, I led groundbreaking efforts in digitalization, contributing to the creation of a revolutionary Digital Twin for subsea oil and gas operations.

Supported the U.S. NAVY and GE in the technical execution and operation of U.S. national defense and energy programs. I also managed the design and engineering of the electrical and automation scopes for a gas compressor in the Sultanate of Oman and Emirates. Developed new market segments by supporting business/sales teams. Issues resolution, crew training and application engineering tasks.
