Jose Z. Rodriguez,

Currently Chief AI Officer at Cybren AI industries, served as the Chief AI Officer at Lockheed Martin, P3 aeronautics, TATA consultancy services and PWC, where he played a pivotal role in shaping the company's AI and data strategies – responsible for driving AI-powered outcomes and broadening the scope of Gen AI, Quantum computing, robotics, automation and active learning (active inference, reinforcement learning and bayesian inference) initiatives across the organization.

Leveraging his deep engineering and infrastructure expertise, Jose spearheads several AI Centers of Innovation and Excellence, providing strategic guidance on enterprise-wide AI strategy, education, governance, and AI policy development. Focused on identifying key AI use-cases and standardizing AI architectures,

Jose has an advisory role that ensures that strategic initiatives align with product direction set by the CTO and go-to-market goals set by the CRO.

With over 25 years in the ICT sector, Jose has consistently harnessed the power of data to fuel innovation and progress. Before becoming Chief AI Officer at Lockheed Martin Europe, he was Chief AI Officer at P3. During his tenure, he managed a global team of over 300 innovators, pioneering data insights and solidifying P3's status as the world’s premier infrastructure provider across AI, data centers, cloud, and the edge.

Jose founded her own AI startup (Cybren AI industries), working through partnerships with the most prestigious universities R&D teams, for supporting the project development. He holds an AI master from MIT.
