Participants applied real GA and GSC metrics in activities, strengthening collaboration and reporting skills with reusable templates.

    • Used real metrics from GA, Google Search Console, and Looker Studio dashboards to contextualise activities in Lilly’s medical environment.
    • Designed dynamic group activities (icebreakers, card prompts, ranking challenges, redesign sprints) to foster engagement and practical application.
    • Delivered a clear, didactic, and engaging session tailored to a team with digital expertise but no formal communication training.

    Commissioned to design and deliver a full disease awareness campaign on Lp(a) for healthcare professionals, in anticipation of the SEA Congress (Sitges, June 2025). The campaign aimed to raise visibility around Lp(a)’s relevance in cardiovascular health through a cohesive visual and digital experience, aligned with Novartis branding and compliance standards.

    Measured Impact:
    • Multi-Touchpoint Campaign Strategy: Developed a comprehensive suite of deliverables to educate and engage medical professionals across physical and digital channels, including NovartisPRO and iDoctus.
    • Congress-Ready Visual Assets: Created high-impact materials for the SEA Congress stand, including a visual concept for the interactive totem and wall poster, designed to guide conversations and increase awareness.
    • Targeted Communication & Copywriting: Delivered compelling copy and layout for mass mailing and digital banners, strategically directing traffic to NovartisPRO via CTAs tailored to the HCP audience.

The platform aimed to upskill healthcare professionals on the use and maintenance of PICC-lines, Midlines, and other access devices through a modular, interactive learning journey.

    • Turnkey LMS Setup & Branding: Delivered a fully configured and branded LearnWorlds platform, including custom navigation, certificates, and multilingual settings tailored to SAVE’s audience.
    • Instructional Design for Medical Training: Developed a needs analysis, course structure, and interactive modules (quizzes, videos, SCORMs) addressing core learning objectives for novice and advanced practitioners.
