Hi, I’m Julian — or Blocki, the creative mind behind Blockschmidt.

As a 3D artist, I specialize in crafting immersive animations that go beyond visuals — they tell stories, evoke emotion, and leave lasting impressions. My work merges digital craftsmanship with narrative design to shape how people experience a brand, product, or artist. I focus on the intersection of fashion, music, and visual storytelling.

In recent years, I’ve worked on large-scale 3D productions for clients including Adidas, Foot Locker, A$AP Rocky, Champion, and Sony Music. I also coordinated the 3D main stage visuals for Splash! Festival and contributed to Coachella, combining animation with live performance to create unforgettable moments.

As a creative ambassador for Rokoko Motion Capture, I integrate their full-body mocap gear into my workflow to bring digital characters to life.

My pipeline adapts to each project, using tools like Unreal Engine, Blender, Clo3D, Adobe Suite, DaVinci Resolve, Substance Painter, and Rokoko Studio.
