Julia Thiele

I am an HR freelancer with several years of experience in operational HR and the development and improvement of people processes. In my previous roles – ranging from Junior HR Manager to Team Lead People Operations – my focus has been on employee support, building structured HR processes, and supporting organizations during periods of growth and transformation.

I have primarily worked in dynamic companies experiencing rapid growth or undergoing cultural change. In these environments, I contributed to building HR structures, improving existing processes, and serving as a key contact for employees and managers.

My experience includes in particular:
