Throughout the last six years I have had the privilege to help build an amazing organisation, which allowed me to live in various developing countries. I learned the hardship of entrepreneurship and felt the struggle to survive and the beauty to thrive many times. I felt the disconnect between different cultural settings and learned how to overcome them a couple of times. I learned the overwhelming feeling of inspiring investors to a vision, but also the pressure and shock of disappointing expectations. I learned the beauty of selling a great product/service in the millions, but also the disappointment in not delivering to the value being promised. I learned to build an amazing team, but also the challenge to make difficult personnel decisions during hard times and accept that while organisations grow people do not always grow in the same direction - including myself.

Now what can I do for you?

As I am pretty fast in understanding highly dynamic environments, I help organisations to focus attention and reduce friction through various growth stages.

Early stage teams I help to find the right balance between product and market orientation and let customer centricity lead the discovery to build and scale something that solves a huge problem. My approach is to lead by example and work super hands-on with the teams.

Later stage teams I help in organisational development with a strong focus on instilling a values-and-principles-driven culture that is resilient, focused and productive. My approach is to bring sales, operations and finance into harmony across the entire organisation and implement coaching mechanisms that reduce silo-thinking and increase happiness and productivity.
