Engineer in mechatronic (Arturia, Meylan, 8 months): Design of endurance and speed test benches for piano keys: -Study of needs, definition of specifications and planning, mechanical CAD in Inventor, management of chineese and local subcontracters, dimensioning the measuring instruments, actuators and controllers, assembly of benches in production imperatives such as deadlines and quality. -Coupling and synchronization the test benches with real-time measuring instruments. -Integration of test benches in the Arturia environment for centralization and automation (Python). -Characterization and statistical measurements of the benches (Orcad, Matlab). -Writing technical documentation and user manual Engineer in embded electronics (Alpes Instruments, Meylan, 8 months): -the main mission consisted in updating and checking the design documents of electromecanics on-board systems (Anti-G suits, gas flow regulator, oxygen concentrators ...), integrated on fighter planes such as M345 & M346 (Aermacchi), F35 (Lockheed Martin), Rafale C (Dassault Aviation). -The additional tasks consisted of the design of electronic cards and the development of test benches for pressure sensors in a controlled environment.
