Automated diagnostics data sanity and integrity validation of CDD, ODX/PDX, HPC CDD/OpenAPI, Vehicle CDF and Android Diagnostics, ensuring integrity for vehicle-level deliveries on BEV and REEV scripts for CCD/ODX/PDX ⇔ Vehicle CDF data mapping and tracability. Led EE Architecture, EDS Building, Vehicle Diagnostics, EMI/EMC Simulation & Validation for Electric/Hybrid vehicles, quads, and off-road vehicles. Supervised 110+ engineers across EE Architecture, HV/LV Electrical Systems, Diagnostics, EMI/EMC, Functionality Validation, and Energy Management. Developed validation strategies for Superfast Charging (SFC) and Plug & Charge (PnC) through LABCAR and vehicle-level testing under conditions. Led diagnostics development for SOA & SOC architectures for Software Defined Vehicles, utilizing Zonal & Central EE Architecture for key platforms. Verified cloud-based smart features through unit bench, LABCAR, and vehicle-level functionality (Infotainment, HMI, VR, and Smart Apps) for vehicles. Provided technical leadership for customer projects, including VinFast, Hyllion, ZF Autonomous Vehicles, Tata, and Mahindra, facilitating execution. Led EE Component & System DVP, DVPR development/review, integration, and validation for passenger cars, trucks, and buses, ensuring readiness. Managed Diesel Powertrain Business Unit for passenger cars and heavy-duty vehicles, delivering solutions for powertrain and project management. Led a team of 72 Calibration Specialists & Engineers for system layout proposals, integration, and calibration of exhaust aftertreatment components. Drove Model-Based Powertrain Controls Development, focusing on EATS & OBD, MIL, SIL & HIL testing, base control calibration, and performance. Directed OBD systems development, including application calibration, validation, certification, and COP support, complying with emission regulations.
