I facilitate human centered innovation workshops for engineers and technical teams. In 1–2 day workshops, I bring people together across roles and departments to strengthen collaboration and create a shared understanding of complex challenges. My approach combines facilitation, design thinking and structured innovation methods to help teams explore problems, generate ideas and align around clear next steps.
I believe that great innovation starts with people, not with ideas.
After many years working as an engineer in industrial environments, I experienced how often projects struggle not because of technology—but because collaboration, trust and shared understanding are missing. That insight shapes the way I work today.
My approach is simple: community building first, decision making second. Before teams solve complex problems together, they need a space where open dialogue and real collaboration can emerge.
My background combines engineering and facilitation. I studied mechanical engineering and worked in industrial environments including Carl Zeiss SMT and EssilorLuxottica (Satisloh), where I was involved in process development and complex technical projects.

As part of the training, I develop practical skills in facilitating workshops, moderating collaborative sessions, supporting team dynamics, and applying structured innovation methods to complex challenges. In addition to my current training, I have already applied Design Thinking methods in an industrial context while working with teams at Carl Zeiss SMT, gaining practical experience in user-centered problem solving and collaborative innovation processes.
